The Clubhouse On Sutter is a private meeting and entertaining venue, ideal for groups of 4-8 people. It is situated directly on the central “700 block” of Sutter Street, right in the heart of Historic Folsom. This is an ideal space for offsite executive meetings, client kickoffs, or team collaboration. The Clubhouse is designed to be comfortable for an entire day, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take advantage of the many shops, eateries, and entertainment only steps away.

The Clubhouse is for rent as an entire space. The rooms within the venue provide a purposeful variety of moods, ranging from bright and energetic, to quietly calming.
Conference Room
Gather around our custom-built oak table, take notes on a large glass whiteboard, or connect wirelessly to the state-of-the-art Vibe touchscreen videoconferencing system. This room is ready to go for collaborative working sessions. (seats 6)
Blue Room
Enjoy a quiet conversation in the tranquility of our blue room. Appointed with a large couch, comfortable swivel chair, and sunlight-filtering curtains, this space is ideal for important conversation or as a quiet place to sit with a laptop. (seats 3)
Gold Room
This sunlight-filled room overlooking Sutter Street has a 4-person table and whiteboard. Its energetic design is perfect for small-group conversation. (seats 4)
Kitchen
Refresh your coffee, lay out a lunch spread, or entertain a client with cocktails in the cozy kitchen overlooking the center of Historic Folsom. (seats 4)

Policies
A code to the front door will be supplied on the morning of your booking. Please lock the door (by pressing any button on the keypad) any time your party leaves the space.
You are financially responsible for anything broken during your booking (excluding normal wear and tear).
No children or pets, please.
No more than 8 people in the space without prior approval.
The Clubhouse On Suttter is managed by Voice & Reason. With an office on the same street, we are typically only a few minutes away and available to assist with anything about the space you may need. When possible, one of our staff will greet your party and make sure you have everything needed to enjoy the space.
Reservations canceled at least 2 days prior will be 100% refunded. Reservations canceled less than 2 days prior will be 50% refunded.
